MONIQUE M. BARBOUR, MD, is a glaucoma specialist in private practice in Lake Worth, Fla. She is actively involved in the National Eye Institute’s “Eye Health, My Health” initiative, and is the principal investigator for the Clarifying the Optimal Application of SLT Therapy (COAST) trial.

ANNE L. COLEMAN, MD, PHD, is the chair of the department of ophthalmology, director of the Stein Eye Institute, and affiliation chair of the Doheny Eye Institute, at the University of California, Los Angeles.

CHRISTINE L. LARSEN, MD, is a glaucoma specialist and cataract/anterior segment surgeon at Minnesota Eye Consultants in Minneapolis.

EYDIE G. MILLER, MD, is a professor of clinical ophthalmology at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania and director of glaucoma service at the Scheie Eye Institute in Philadelphia.

MILDRED M.G. OLIVIER, MD, is a clinical professor of ophthalmology and the inaugural associate dean for the new regional campus at Ponce Health Science University in St. Louis.

LORRAINE M. PROVENCHER, MD, is a glaucoma specialist, cataract surgeon, and partner in the Cincinnati Eye Institute. She is an assistant professor at the University of Cincinnati.
