Hi, my name is Sharon Rosenzweig-Lipson, PhD, and I'm the chief scientific officer for Life Biosciences. I'm thrilled to be here at Eyecelerator at AAO in New Orleans to talk to you about Life Biosciences and the ER-100 program that we’ll be presenting today.
Life Biosciences is a company focused on cellular rejuvenation technologies via epigenetic restoration to allow us to prevent and reverse diseases of aging. Today at Eyecelerator, we'll talk about ER-100 and the first clinical trial of epigenetic restoration in optic neuropathies, specifically the work we're doing in glaucoma and NAION. Today, we’ll show data from the first 3 participants in our glaucoma cohort at the lowest dose of ER-100, demonstrating that ER-100 in this cohort was well tolerated and had no adverse events or dose-limiting toxicities. We’ll also show some information from Humphrey visual field testing demonstrating evidence of improvement across a number of points on the visual field.
We’re excited to be able to share these first data from epigenetic restoration therapy and to be here today. GP
