Glaucoma Research Foundation (GRF) has announced the release of a video designed to encourage glaucoma patients to visit their eye-care provider for the care they need during the COVID-19 pandemic. The video, supported by Aerie Pharmaceuticals, is entitled “See You Soon!” and is available at https://bit.ly/GRFSeeYouSoon .

“The COVID-19 pandemic has presented many challenges, not the least of which has been the cancellation or delay of regular medical appointments,” said Tom Brunner, GRF president and CEO, in a news release. “Eye-care professionals have gone to great lengths to make modifications to their offices and procedures to allow them to see patients safely. Our goal is to help them communicate these changes, so that glaucoma patients feel comfortable visiting their care team to get the examinations or treatment that they need to manage their glaucoma effectively and preserve their vision.”
