Bio: Rui Jing Jiang is the founder and CEO of Avisi Technologies, a company developing vision-saving technologies for glaucoma care. Avisi’s work centers on metamaterial nanotechnology developed at the University of Pennsylvania, including the VisiPlate aqueous shunt, an ultrathin, multichannel subconjunctival device designed to control intraocular pressure over time.
